Final Walkthrough

The final walkthrough is your last chance to inspect the home before closing. It ensures that the property is in the agreed-upon condition and that any requested repairs have been completed. This typically takes place within 24 to 48 hours before closing.  The Transaction Coordinator will reach out about a week before closing to help coordinate a date and time that works for you, your Agent and the Sellers.
