Earnest Money and Option Fee

The Earnest Money and Option Fee are due shortly after the contract is signed, usually within three days. The Buyer missing this deadline will put the deal at risk.  We will manage this aspect diligently to keep the process moving smoothly and in accordance with the agreement.
