Closing Day

Closing day is when you officially sell your home and transfer ownership to the buyer. This is the final step where all documents are signed, funds are disbursed, and the sale is recorded.   The closing typically takes place at a title company, attorney’s office, our office or remotely, depending on your state’s process.
